Alpine tours at a glance
Kesch-Trek
The Piz Kesch is an impressive mountain. There is no comparable peak for miles around, and so the jet black wall that rises into the air behind the Kesch Hut dominates the panorama in this region. No wonder that this mountain has been ennobled with its own long-distance hike.
The highest pass is Fuorcla da Pischa, which lies at just under 2,800 meters, but the other traverses are also demanding. Fortunately, friendly hosts and charming SAC huts await you at the end of each day's stages. The KESCH trek is not a hike for beginners. Thus, it does justice to the eponymous peak in every respect!
Bernina Trek
Piz Bernina is the only 4,000-meter peak in the Eastern Alps. Together with its brothers Piz Palü, Bellavista and Piz Morteratsch, it towers mightily over a fascinating glacier landscape. It is precisely around this mountain with the imposing "Bianco ridge" that this trekking tour from hut to hut from Engadin to Val Poschiavo is about.
Like a sign, the group faces the lovely Val Poschiavo and the southern Italianità. As if the ice giants did not want to let us pass. You will be able to admire the Bernina group from all perspectives on this trekking tour of several days. And don't worry: there is a way to the south. And one with addictive potential at that.
Berner Oberland - Hut trekking
What makes a good hike? Beautiful views of snow-capped mountains? Charming hosts, cozy parlors and a good dinner? A summit or the crossing of a pass? If you take these criteria as a benchmark, perfect hiking days await you, because the Bernese Oberland convinces in each of these points.
Your trekking starts in the mountaineering village of Saxeten and leads up to light heights. Every day, a new hut awaits you at over 2,000 meters and the challenging stages are rewarded with wonderful views of the highest peaks in the Oberland. Keep pen and pad ready - on this hiking tour you will award top marks every day.
Panorama of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
Alpine Pass Trail Airolo - Binn
There is hardly a long-distance hiking trail in Switzerland that leads through a more unspoiled landscape than the Alpine Pass Trail between Airolo and Binn.
With this spectacular crossing from the northern end of Ticino to the picturesque Binntal in Valais, Switzerland's longest and most demanding long-distance trail succeeds in becoming a showpiece. Immerse yourself in a world of slate rock, mountain lakes, wild pass crossings and breathtakingly situated huts.
Alpine Pass Trail Arolla - Verbier
Who invented it, the Haute Route? Despite its name, it was not the French - nor the Swiss. It was, typically for the second half of the 19th century, the English. Conquerors and final explorers established a route from Chamonix to Zermatt in 1861.
Today, there is no longer one Haute Route, there are many of them: the Haute Route is called the "most beautiful trekking tour in Europe", and on this "style" hike you will do part of it from Arolla to Mauvoisin.
